Check in was very smooth. Room is new and modern which i think they did renovation. The breakfast was delicious as well.

It is very close to the train station, and you can walk to the Dream Hillside. It takes only six or seven minutes to walk to the cable car station. The breakfast restaurant faces the snow-capped mountains directly. However, cooking in the room is not allowed.

Zermatt is a city without cars. This hotel is only a 4-minute walk from the train station. It is not on the main street and is very quiet.

Good location and easy access from Zermatt Bahnhof. Limited Menities and wifi was bad.
Breakfast included was decent and nice touch, complimentary tea time every afternoon 4-6pm.
Overall good value for money.
