下午入住，窗户有問題，喊工作人員來弄。晚上回去，發現窗户被員工弄壞了，根本關不上，又打電話，酒店的上來發現確實壞了。大半夜收拾好行李跑樓下，重新換房間……給換了個房間更是絕了，黑不溜秋的，早上一點光都沒有，非常無語，非常無語

Отличный отель в очень спокойном и чистом деловом районе. Великолепная транспортная доступность в любой район Токио. В оба аэропорта можно добраться без пересадок. Комнаты очень уютные и в них есть все необходимое для проживания. Есть места общего пользования: стиральные, сушильные машины и микроволновки. В лобби можно взять чай, кофе, гели, крема и прочее. Так же с 14:00 до 23:00 можно взять мороженное) Однозначно рекомендую для остановок до недели.

I like the location. Its quiet and close to the tourist attractions. Hotel allows me to send my online purchases one month before the check in. It helps a lot.
Check out is at 11am, which is one hour later than many hotels. You don’t have to wake up early to pack your luggages.

This price is acceptable, but the only downside is that you have to go up and down the stairs back to the hotel (although there is an electric luggage handling rail, it is limited to going up/down for a certain period of time) so it is not recommended if you have large luggage
