Shenzhen Hotels with Pools

The location is amazing where you can maximise your time to enjoy their hotel and your short weekend escape. The service was extraordinary at the concierge named Aaron Zhou, he even helped me with purchasing the high speed train tickets 

I had an exceptional stay at this high-rise hotel with stunning city views. The room was immaculately clean and thoughtfully designed with floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking vistas of the surrounding skyscrapers. The location was perfect, situated in a prime area with easy access to major attractions. The staff demonstrated outstanding hospitality, consistently ensuring my comfort throughout the stay. The modern amenities included a well-equipped fitness area with exercise balls. While the room was on the smaller side, the efficient layout and contemporary furnishings made excellent use of the space. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure travelers seeking a sophisticated urban experience.

The room was clean and very spacious. Check-in was quick and efficient, though the staff member at reception didn’t greet me or say a word—just took my passport, which came across as quite rude. Overall, the staff didn’t seem particularly friendly or welcoming at first. However, this changed on my last day thanks to Della. She was absolutely fantastic—she helped me book a taxi and even walked me outside to make sure I found it. Her kindness and professionalism really turned my experience around. The hotel’s location is excellent—everything you might need is right nearby. I was expecting more from the “city view,” though. It wasn’t quite what I had hoped for.

Great service and great location. Very friendly and attentive staff too. The only downside is that there is on-going renovation / construction nearby which can be a bit noisy

Our experience at the hotel was wonderful! The staff’s attention to detail made our baby shower celebration truly special, and we are so grateful for their efforts. The hotel itself was elegant and beautifully designed, creating a perfect atmosphere for our stay. During our two-night visit, we enjoyed a great selection of breakfast options and found the gym facilities to be exceptional—a real treat for fitness enthusiasts. It was a fantastic stay overall! Choosing a hotel in China can often be a hit-or-miss experience—but the Palace Hotel in Luohu, Shenzhen is truly a hidden gem. Located just 400 meters from the Shenzhen Railway Station, it’s a short and convenient walk—mostly through well-lit underground shopping alleys, with part of the route even passing a lively food street. The location is unbeatable. Right outside the hotel, Line 1 Metro is to your right, and Line 9 is to your left—both within 200 meters from the lobby. The hotel is also just 500 meters from Luohu Commercial City, one of Shenzhen’s largest malls, with hundreds of shops offering everything from electronics and knockoffs to dried food, fashion, massage parlours, and eateries. But a convenient location is only part of what makes a great stay—comfort matters, and this hotel delivers. Newly built in 2023, it’s modern, spotlessly clean, and well-equipped with everything a tourist might need. The rooms are big and spacious. Free self-service laundry and dryers mean you can pack light. There’s also a gym, and within 500 meters, you’ll find an abundance of food options. Service is another standout. The staff are attentive and responsive. Towels are replaced promptly when needed, and even small gestures—like an extra bottle of mineral water—don’t go unnoticed. Security is excellent, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. I must give special mention to Miss Long (龙小姐) at the reception. Her attention to detail and dedication to service were truly impressive. What really stood out was when she personally carried three new 24” suitcases (which I had ordered from Xiaomi and delivered to the front desk) all the way to my room—an act that perfectly embodies “going the extra mile.” As a retired senior manager, I strongly urge the hotel’s leadership to recognize her potential. If you’re heading to Shenzhen and want a hotel with superb service and an unbeatable location, I highly recommend the Palace Hotel. It’s located just to the left of the Shangri-La Hotel—but with better value and warmth. We booked four rooms for our stay from April 23 to April 26. I stayed in Room 5419.

The location is opposite the signature ”Windows of the World”, which is suitable for family travel. The breakfast is excellent, with many choices. The front desk is kind enough to arrange our group for one of the rooms facing the tourist site. Thank you very much.

Our second stay here,and this time we got a city view smart-tech room. Just as clean, spotless and relaxing. Overall, we think this True Go outlet remains one of our favourite value hotels in Futian. We love the 5 star amenities such as free in-room minibar, free day and good night lounge drinks and snacks, in-room pyjamas, smart toilet and a robot to bring your food deliveries to room, plus the free self-service laundry with detergent. We also saw a seasonal indoor pool listed for guest use, for a small fee. Best of all, the hotel is just a 5 min walk from Line 2 Gangxia North subway and a 5-min walk across to the stretch of One Avenue and CityLink malls - we shopped and walked towards Futian HSR to take the train back to West Kowloon. Staff were also kind and accommodating of our room type and late check-out request. We will return, for sure.

Very good, the pickup can be done only by calling the hotel. Can wait at the waiting area. Follow arrival sign, get out from door 15, turn left and walk straight until the photo below. The hotel will arrange the pickup bus after your call. The scheduled drop off by the hotel is also nice. Punctual and just 10 minutes to the airport. A few markets and food stalls nearby. The overall location is good as it is near the airport. Clean and comfort for the room. Check in and check out fast.

The cleanliness was average, the side bed by the window had multiple stains and hair. There was also used tissue on the kitchen counter and a dirty disposable towel on the kitchen sink and no tv. A few mosquitoes because of the balcony for being open before I checked in but I used the bug repellent in the room and I was fine after two bites😂 The beds were clean and comfortable. The room was nice, everything else was great and the staff is friendly too.
