管家bella服務熱情全程微笑服務^_^ 一定要訂帶露台的房間，因為陽台的鬆弛感有種身在巴黎的感覺很出片！即使下雨天，娃們也玩的很開心🥳站在露台看西藏中路夜景不要太嗲！有廚房、獨立冰箱和洗衣機，應該也很合適短租的朋友^_^

做為觀光客酒店的位置決絕了。南京路步行街、外灘10幾分鐘走路就到。地鐵站人民廣場（1號、15號口）近在咫尺，方便快捷去到任何地方。衹是有行李、帶小朋友或者長者還是建議打個車吧。需要走蠻多樓梯或者地下通道。訂酒店前就希望可以早點入住以及代收快遞。讓我登記的時候都很順利且迅速。非常感謝前台和禮賓部的妥善安排。所有員工都好nice、熱忱、及時給予協助。再次感謝禮賓的遇見的各位同事，很善解人意。還有我們的管家Danica讓我們體驗更加升級，親切自然讓人舒服，專業程度也是沒話説。下次帶家人還會選這裏。
