酒店服務還不錯，亞龍灣這邊酒店基本上都住遍了，還是希爾頓有煙火氣比較接地氣！
第一天歡迎氣泡酒沒有送，不是在打開門就置放好，已經失去其主要意義了，希望後續可以加強！
不過工作人員吳利國服務還是比較負責的，基本上入住期間能秒回訊息，解決問題，服務也很熱情，在這點個贊！

這次來玩選擇的是三亞的亞龍灣酒店，因為這邊的海的話非常的美，非常的難呈現漸變色的藍，真的讓人難以想象的美選擇的希爾頓真的非常符合我的眼光和審美，整個園區設計的像東南亞的風格拍照很出片，酒店還給我安排了一個賓客關係員提前就加到了我的微信，別提有多負責了琪琪cici給他點個大大的贊

下次來玩跟我老公一起來的體驗感非常好，酒店環境很好，乾淨整潔，前台員工態度非常好，給人一種回到家的感覺，我是從北方來的，第一次看到海，真的是很哇塞呀，海邊拍照非常出片，酒店泳池很多都是清澈見底安排的泳池，安保人員都很充足，然後再説一下，我要着重表揚的人就是我的管家就是此次負責接待我的小姐姐人美心善，他的名字叫琪琪cici從入住那一刻，全方位關照我的入住體驗，細心，貼心會定時的問候，真的，下次來玩的話就推薦找他，沒有第二個選擇嗯

優點:公區環境好；泳池乾淨；早餐好吃；健身房設備齊全；自帶瑜伽墊可以做瑜伽；工作人員服務態度好。
不足:景觀房景觀不佳，樓層低基本都是樹擋住；房間略顯陳舊，沒有智能設施，隔音一般，下水聲音大。
表揚:工作人員吳利國熱情又專業，回訊息及時，還貼心推薦周邊遊玩地，體驗不錯。

房間設施:房間設施還不錯，雖然比較老式但是依舊感覺不錯。床:特別舒服。衞生:很乾凈整潔，房間景觀:房間海景房，在房間躺着風景都很好。游泳池:有室外泳池很多個，傍晚的時候去玩很快樂 賓客關係Emma服務很贊。公區真的絕美，讓人一下子放鬆下來，值得一提的是贈送的旅拍!攝影師跟選片師都特別温柔，特別耐心，沒有任何不適的感覺。
