The restaurant deserves 2 stars for a 5 star hotel. Service is excellent to average depending on the staff. The staff is tired and overworked.

can go by car only. the receptionist gave a veru good impression from the beginning with warm and professional attitude. the hotel is new (can smell that), amenities using L'occitane.
the shower room design not practical, easily flood the toilet even shower carefully. the restaurant staff is not professional, buffet bar is clearing up at 19:00pm without informing guest the buffet will be closed, even some guests still eating (understand is not peak season and not many guest, but all food are cleared before 19:20pm)
overall is a pleasant stay.
also fit for family with little one too.

Spędziliśmy tu fantastyczny czas z rodziną. Obsługa przemiła i profesjonalna, atmosfera ciepła i przyjazna. Jedzenie pyszne – każdy posiłek to przyjemność. Strefa spa, basen i sauna – rewelacja! Czysto, komfortowo i bardzo relaksująco. Idealne miejsce na rodzinny wypoczynek. Z całego serca polecamy! Z chęcią tu wrócimy ❤️

We highly recommend this place – it's perfect for a family stay with kids! The staff is super friendly and helpful – definitely a 5+ experience. The food was delicious with a wide variety of dishes to choose from. The kids' activities were perfectly organized – our children had a great time and were well taken care of, both during the animations and at the pools. Special thanks to the lifeguard, who was incredibly attentive and even gave our daughter some great tips on her swimming technique 😊 Thank you for a wonderful stay – see you next time!

szkoda słów , nie polecam .cena nie proporcjonalna do obsługi ,pięć gwiazdek to marzenie , ale nie w tym hotelu. sprzątanie polegało na wysypaniu śmieci z kubła,a ołacone było codzienne.widok z pokoju 5* na kontenery z agregatami i na część techniczną i codzienne dostawy towarów do kuchni i pralni
