The room is big, but the hygiene is average, and the room service is even more average. I booked a twin room but was given a king-size bed and a temporary child bed. Ctrip was also very bad and failed to coordinate after 4 days. The sea area where the hotel is located is also very bad, the sea water is turbid, and the beach is not clean! ! The key is that I was forced to spend 315 dollars at the hotel during Christmas! !

Had a very enjoyable stay at this hotel where the staff were all very friendly and good at all the jobs they did .The atmosphere was always good .The garden room 1414 had a lovely view over gardens and sea was kept spotless by staff.The food was ok at the buffet with different themes every night though I would have a themed night that included British as it seems that is probably a bit of food snobbery.The British do have some very good dishes you know. The Black Rock Steak House was excellent food my wife said the chocolate fondant she had for desert was one of the best deserts she had had for a. Very long time.We took the bus to the sister hotel one dinner time.We thought our hotel was a far superior.We also went on a organised trek to the national park which is well worth doing.We will be going to the RADISSON BLU HOTEL IN FIJI in September so it will be interesting to compare the two.All in all a very relaxed and enjoy holiday

We stayed at this hotel between 2nd June and the 12th June 2025, i have nothing but praise for the whole team and resort, the staff were amazing with great service and nothing was too much trouble, Nichol in the restaurant and Victor at the bar were great, Food was great with a good choice of restaurants on site, spa , pool and the beach with plenty of water sports and activities. This was an excellent choice for our first time in Mauritius and highly recommended for anyone wishing to visit. Well done the Team @ The Radisson Blu Azuri Resort & Spa

Personnel au top, très beau cadre chambre spacieuse. Je quitte cet hôtel aujourd'hui et ce qui pour moi est négatif 1- absence de bracelet en tout compris, on est obligé à longueur de journée de donner le numéro de chambre, de plus on est surveiller pour exemple au bout de 5 jours on est venu nous demander le numéro de chambre car nos serviettes sont différentes de celles prévues par l'hôtel c'est un manque de confiance envers la clientèle, je n'ai vraiment pas apprécié 2- un seul bar pour boire et pour le restaurant, quand il y a du monde c'est de l'attente Personnellement je ne reviendrai pas à cet hôtel à cause des points négatifs, j'irai dans un hôtel qui nous donne un bracelet à notre arrivée et nous laisse tranquille Heureusement pour l'hôtel que le personnel est gentil, prévenant, en fait c'est eux qui rattrape la mayonnaise comme on dit

Black rock is a very bad place to go , after 10pm you can’t order and service is bad thanks to the GM who doesn’t care. They tried but they failed
