HII-5 Hotel Reviews

The hotel room was clean. Amenities provided are shampoo and body soap. The location from the town area is quite central. It's easy to park a car, not a busy road. It's located at the back of Plaza Shell. A water dispenser is the only thing missing from the hotel, so next time when you want to stay, make sure to buy one drinking water for yourself. Anyway there are convenience stores nearby the hotel.

The mattress sheets are dirty and make us guests uncomfortable to sleep on.

Just ok for sleep. Banyak semut sma ada lipas. Aircond agak kurang sejuk. Overall ok laa.

service is okay . but the room has strong smell of ciggarete like someone just smoke in the room just after i walked in it . can please make sure your room smells nice before letting guests to come 😁

There are mosquitoes in the hotel - have to do regular smoking to eradicate the mosquitoes

The hotel location was center in KK. The hotel cost is budget for me. I will come back again.

Great location. But aircon wasant really funcation very well (very poor n so hot).. also the shower (water so small) and sink (clog) not funcation very well.. and many ants on floor (cant leave ur food) No drinking water provided.. need to improve like over all ...

Just stay for 1 or 2 night can ….but, the hotel was old and long time never maintenance for water tap , wash room.,Carpet, got some dirty smell and the water nothing power for bath and the air con can’t feel cool, just the price ok very cheap and just value for money.

First time staying at Hii-5 so far ok, cuma tandas/mangkuk tandas dalam keadaan rosak goyang, Dan ada sedikit bising bila pekerja cuci tempat pembuangvsampah di bawah dalam pukul 3 subuh.. so far hotel sangat baik bersih,strategic.senang untuk link ke mana2, senang cari tempat makan Dan kedai2 serbaaneka. Orange,7e Dan restaurant semua ada. Harga pun sangat berbaloi.. thanks hii-5 hotel

We had a great stay at Hii 5 Hotel! Even when we spontaneously wanted to extend our stay for another night, it was no problem at all. There are rooms with and without windows – both are great and have air conditioning (at least the ones my sister and I stayed in). It was a really nice room, and the 24-hour reception makes arriving and handling any concerns really easy. Thank you for everything, Hii 5 Hotel! I would definitely come back.

Can be easily reached and most of the shopping centers and sights are nearby. The room was comfortable, clean and nice.
