Private pool in the room with jacuzzi not working, breakfast closes at 10 o'clock, food more than average, no choice, no restaurant in the hotel open in the evening and at lunchtime, noisy room, air conditioning cut off, room located too high up, dirty beach, plastic, general pool small etc... good staff

The room is not very clean. The pool is small and the water is not clean. Everything looks old. Booked for 4 nights and stayed only 1 night. The receptionist is not very interested in customers. The driver took us to the receptionist without warning the customers before leaving. Almost missed the bus. The hotel is nice and beautiful but the rooms need to be renovated a bit.

The staff were very pleasent and accommodating, the pools were nice and clean, unfortunately the beach in front of the hotel is terrible, there is no beach directly in front of the hotel and the rest of the bay is covered in oil and quite unkept.
