The location is convenient and there's food available all around. I always choose to stay at this hotel whenever I visit Ipoh. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit old.

The hotel system did not record that I had paid for breakfast for two people during my two days stay when I do the room booking included breakfast on trip.com website. This caused trouble on the morning when I tried to enter the hotel dining hall. The stewardess stopped me and did not allow me to enter, asking me to wait while she checked with the front desk staff even though I showed her my trip.com booking receipt. The same situation happened again on the following morning when I went for breakfast
