excellent place, great location, the support is phenomenal, the facilities shouts out of elegance. next to actually everything you might need. had a great time here although it was a business trip. highly recommended place and a balanced value for money option

Clean and cozy There is parking lot for guests, but need to be booked beforehand for 25 euros per day. There is always a kitchenette for every Numa apartment. Shower water is quite strong, plus points, be like.

I recently stayed at this aparthotel, and my experience was extremely disappointing. There was no water supply to the entire building for two mornings and one night. All the hotel did was send an email notifying guests of the situation—no attempt was made to assist us or offer any compensation for the inconvenience. Without water in my studio, I couldn’t use the kitchen or the bathroom, which left me in a frustrating position. I had to waste time going out to buy bottled water just to freshen up and wash myself in the morning, making me late for important appointments. The toilet situation was even worse, as it became unhygienic and unusable with no way to flush. The hotel’s response to the problem was completely inadequate. They refused to offer any compensation or even a gesture of goodwill, which is disgraceful when you’ve paid for a stay and don’t receive even the most basic necessities. I would not recommend this place to anyone—it’s simply not worth the money when they can't handle issues like this with the slightest bit of professionalism or care for their guests.
