Overall hotel is good but mosquito is over in the room when we put the ac not going and then room maintains is average there is no shampu given in the room thats one draw back please try to give shampuu on the rooms and the near by bed thare is no power point so i cant put my mobile charge in near mee

Property is very near to chennai central railway station and it is walkable, though location is very near the area is not that good. These rooms are good only for solo travelers, not suitable for family. No blankets were given.

Located at a very convenient location, just opposite to exit gate B5 of Chennai Central metro railway station. The rooms are well maintained and restaurant served tasty food. It was a very comfortable stay there.

In all aspects its a cozy , hygiene and good ambience.
This Hotel Ranks Excellent but I reviewed it as OK, because:
their complementary breakfast has spoiled the stay. Absolutely not fit to be ranked as WORST. its WORST Plus.
No care No attention No taste items all NO No NO............... Just like that they are offering Complementary........
I love to stay here if they take care of BREAKFAST and then would give Excellent marks.

Good location of the hotel. Excellent vegetarian food. Service is very good. They employ a number of differently abled persons. I admire this humane attitude of the management. Rooms are good. A little bit of refurbishing of the bathrooms would make this even more attractive. Overall i would like to use this hotel for my future visits to chennai. Strongly reccommond this hotel which is also a great value for money.

The room was neat and clean, and provided with all basic toilet items and running hot water. Centrally located, very close to egmore station & metro and 10 minutes away from chennai central rely stn. Surprisingly, the central ac was like so very effective, that i had to switch it off! the reception staff were also good snd courteous.

I have stay in room no ***. Very sad to said how this property is classified as 5 star. The reason there is no mini fridge in the room. I have meet Duty manager Mr.Rishi he told me upon request from guest then only they will place the fridge. This 1st time I come to know this kind of services.
Secondly I went to bar at lobby to have glass of beer. A female staff was there and told me small glass price is RS 550. So I gave her RS 1000 and she gave me balance of RS 300. I was shocked. Then the bar manager came and told me she mistakenly mentioned. Then I meet Floor Manager Mr. Varun and the explain everything. He feel sorry about it. So I definitely won’t recommend to anyone to stay here

TTheBugHad a pleasant stay for 3 nights. The room was spacious and super clean. Breakfast could not be better, they had a live cooking station for orders to cook, a variety for everyone. We went for drinks at the terrace on our third night as it wasnt raining and was accompanied by a live band. Recommended place to stay if you're planning on netflix and chill in the room.

But the biriyani I ordered(veg one) gave me discomfort. The curd accompanying it was stale to the point it tasted sour. Didn’t expect this low level of food from such a big establishment.

YYsan31Ibis is really a nice place to stay. The location is in the city center where you have all easy access to wherever you want to go. The transportation system in the area is very friendly. You can get a toktok motorcycle to bring you anywhere you want to sight seeing.
