I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to 古北之光酒店 for the excellent service and wonderful experience my family and I enjoyed during our recent stay.
The resort was not only beautifully maintained, but the room we stayed in was especially spacious, comfortable, and well-appointed — truly beyond our expectations. The hospitality extended by the staff made our stay even more memorable.
In particular, I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Manager Tong (佟经理), who went above and beyond in assisting me. Upon checking out in the morning, I had accidentally left some personal belongings behind in the room. To my surprise and great relief, Manager Tong personally took the effort to contact me and informed me about the forgotten items. Not only that, he went the extra mile by arranging for a staff member to deliver the items to me at the Gubei Shui Town entrance.
This level of meticulous care, sincerity, and integrity is truly rare and deserves the highest commendation. It reflects greatly on the values and service standards of Gubei Water Town Resort.
