I only stayed one night and it was alright for the money I paid. Nice big bed and great location with lots of entertainment around - a short walk to the beach, 7eleven, restaurants, shops, etc. Also, it’s important to mention that the bed is comprised of two mattresses joined together, rather than a single large bed.

Overall ok hotel with nice breakfast, main areas clean and great pool that we havent used as its always bene bery busy with kids and adults alike splashing water everywhere,etc.. Moving on amenities- the shower with mold and the stench of it was off putting and disappointing, also we had to walk up to 4th floor from the side of the building as there is no lift, the walkway/corridor was tired looking, dirty, noisy, passing by service room where they kept all the cleaning tools so it was always busy, also the room was next to the street with no noise isolation so forget the sleep past 6/7am. We were really looking forward to stay there but were disappointed by what we've seen and experienced and sadly would not return again. Please carefully check what room you are renting and double check if lift will be available as this would mean you'll be further from the street and perhaps your experience would be different to ours.

In general it was a nice stay, the pros beat the cons. The location, views and service were worth it, even after knowing more about this hotel history. The hotel is really well located, very close to the island central area and harbors (for tours and ferry). The staff was waiting us by the ferry and helped to carry the luggage back to the hotel. The staff was very friendly in general, except for some on the pool bar. The stay was very confortable and the view from the pool is stunning! The hotel is old and need some refurbishment, mainly inside the rooms, but it is understandable. Many complaints about the party noises, but I believe there are almost no place in the village to avoid them, the bars exaggerate on the ”music” bass level. The hotel supply earplugs to help with it, in case you have difficulty sleeping. The breakfast was really complete and nice, but the time to refill the stations could be improved. Another point of improvement may be the cleaning. Unfortunately, we found a insect (seemed like a roach) inside the safe.

Overall, a rather good value for money hotel. Big comfortable bed, 10min walk to Ao Nang beach. The shower lacks however of water pressure and the water temperature is not easy to regulate. The hotel has an activity and shuttle bus to airport service, it costs us 700 THB to go to Krabi airport for a private mini-van (4 adults + 1 kid), the price was the same outside. Had a nice evening and dinner in Ao Nang beach at the last Fisherman bar, at the very end of the Ao Nang beach front alley but much worther than other seafront restaurants, the view is much better, food is good and cheaper. The only thing is you'd better be patient, have to queue to get a table and waiters are too busy so hard to get one.

Amazing service staff. They were able to help us sort out last minute accommodation during the busy Chinese new years. We had to switch rooms to make it work, but the staff was so great to help us get creative so we could make it work! 1 minute walk from the landmark night market. We really love loved the location! Right across from the beach. Pay the extra for a sea view with jacuzzi!!! You won’t regret it. The only reason 5 stars was not given is due to the GYM. It’s basically a couple of free weights, a bench, elliptical and treadmill. The cable machine was broken. They really should invest in some equipment that works. And even upgrade everything in there to match the luxury of the rest of the hotel. Hopefully next time we come back we will see this improvement! Overall a great stay!

Rooms, services and locations are good. Only problem is the noise.  Unfortunately we were located in building #2 with a room directly on the street. Very noisy until 23:00 and start again early morning. The hotel location is good but make sure to ask for a room far from the street. Avoid also the rooms near the swimming pool as music is loud, hard to relax by the pool. If you plan to read books or even work on your emails, stay away from the loudspeakers. Breakfast is good but a lot of improvement could be done to improve the customer experience. Eggs station is in the middle which mean customer’s are queuing in the middle and blocking the way.. Would be much better for the customer flow if eggs station is on a side. Easy at no cost. Only three coffee machines for a large hotel. That could be fine if it was efficient machines. I’ve never seen so slow coffee machines. Makes no sense to have a full cup of Americano. I waited 20 minutes for a coffee until it run out of water and coffee beans empty. All customers in the waiting line complained about the speed. Yes it is holidays and we have time but while family had breakfast, I was queuing for coffee ! Espresso was fast but when other customers took Americano or Cappuccino, it is incredibly slow.  Room wasn’t ready before 15:30. Very noisy street, building 2 is probably the worst. Room 2307 electrical plugs doesn’t work. Only one out of four could be used. We use two flat connectors type. Would be great to replace plugs. Water in the alley from room 2305, 2303 every morning, certainly after the guest showers.

I recently stayed at what was advertised as a 4-star hotel, but unfortunately, my experience was far from impressive. The lobby area looked pristine, and the hotel certainly took pride in its public spaces, but the room left much to be desired. When we walked in, it was immediately apparent that the room was not cleaned thoroughly. It seemed like they cleaned around the room rather than doing a deep clean. There were dead bugs on the wall, which was pretty off-putting, and the hand-held bidet was in an unacceptable state. It wasn’t cleaned before we arrived, nor was it attended to during our stay. For a hotel that supposedly offers a high standard, these oversights were shocking. Given the hefty price we paid—more than what I’ve spent at 5-star hotels—I expected far better. The room itself was disappointing and clearly not maintained to the standard one would expect from a hotel of this supposed calibre. For the money, this hotel did not deliver the quality it promised. Adding to the disappointment, the breakfast experience was just as underwhelming as the room. The hotel proudly claims that their bakery items are baked in-house, even displaying this in the restaurant—but this couldn’t be further from the truth. There wasn’t a single trace of fresh bakery aroma, and the items served looked and tasted like they came straight out of a supermarket package. The overall breakfast selection was poor, lacking variety and freshness. Despite having paid for it as part of our stay, we ended up choosing not to eat there after the first attempt. The tea was weak and flavorless, and the machine-made hot drinks were almost undrinkable. Adding to the disappointment, the breakfast experience was just as underwhelming as the room. It’s incredibly frustrating to pay premium prices, expecting 4-star quality, only to receive service and amenities that wouldn’t pass for a 3-star. This stay was a major letdown from start to finish.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Sea Seeker Krabi Resort and we can't say enough good things about our experience! From the moment we walked in, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and exceptional service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and we were pleasantly surprised by the view of limestone, pool and Ao Nang Beach. One of the highlights of our stay was the breakfast buffet. It offered a wide variety of delicious options, from fresh pastries to made-to-order omelets. The dining staff were attentive and made sure everything was replenished and tidy. The location was perfect, within walking distance to Ao Nang Beach, restaurants, and shops. We appreciated the hotel’s commitment to sustainability, with eco-friendly practices that made us feel good about our stay. Overall, we highly recommend the Sea Seeker Krabi Resort to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We can't wait to return!

We had the best time at Twin Lotus. All employees are super nice & helpful. We stayed there for 3 nights, in the rooms near the beach, very recommended. On arrival, we received a room that had no roof to its balcony, plus it was connected to another room. The reception staff was helpful & let us move to another room with the required balcony roof for the following 2 nights. Breakfast is good and varied. We chose to use the hotel's offers for a rented motorbike & and island hopping, although you can find it cheaper in town. But you can try and negotiate if you'd like. All in all, I highly recommend staying at the twin lotus hotel.

In my opinion, the best accommodation option on Koh Hai. Excellent restaurant, they cook delicious steaks. We checked in at 12 o'clock in a house on top of a hill with a stunning view from the balcony. The staff speaks excellent English, very friendly. Hornbills fly right onto the territory (near the massage), they are not afraid.

GGuest UserThis hotel is in a good location, and it's right on the beach. But if you're trying to go to the area with all the bars, restaurants, shops and cafes, you can't really walk. You'll need to rent a motorbike (which you can do right at the hotel - warning to those who haven't rented motorbikes in Asia in the past, you should have experience as many foreigners get injured on these every day) or get a taxi. The hotel rooms aren't spectacular. The rooms are pretty outdated. You'd want to stay at this hotel for the pool, or the allure of the beach. The beach isn't really for swimming (I didn't see one person swimming there my entire stay). On the same trip to Krabi, I stayed at a cheaper hotel that wasn't on the beach and had nicer rooms. Keep that in mind.

GGuest UserPleasant Stay with Minor Check-Out Issue Resolved 📍Ao Nang beach, Krabi The hotel provided a well-maintained environment with clean rooms, fresh towels, and courteous staff. The balcony bath was a standout feature. However, there was a minor issue on check-out day: appeared to be accessed by someone else and some sand was left in the bath, immediately after my return I received several calls about check-out timing, likely due to a misunderstandin about my early departure. Fortunately, the manager addressed and resolved the issue promptly. Overall, my stay was pleasant. 8/10

AAimee.CA Mixed Honeymoon Experience at Pakasai Resort, Krabi 💚 My husband and I recently stayed at Pakasai Resort in Krabi for our honeymoon, spending 6 days and 5 nights in their charming Honeymoon Chalet (Room 423). While the resort’s eco-friendly concept and tranquil natural environment created a memorable stay, our experience was a mix of highs and lows due to varying levels of service. On a positive note, we were thoroughly impressed by the outstanding hospitality of Hakim and Ibrahim, two staff members who truly went above and beyond. Hakim (the one who attached in photo with loved one) welcomed us warmly on our first night, providing fantastic recommendations for must-visit spots in Krabi, which really enhanced our trip. Ibrahim (didn’t get a chance to take a photo, he was on his off day during our last day in Pakasai) was equally helpful, especially when he assisted us with our heavy baggage to our chalet, located at the highest point of the resort. His suggestion to rent a bike in Krabi made exploring the area more enjoyable and convenient. However, our experience at the front desk left us feeling disappointed and disrespected. After a tiring walk back from Aonang Landmark Night Market for 20 minutes, my husband and I were exhausted and thirsty. We decided to rest at the lobby and politely asked the receptionist named Pin, if we could have some water to drink. Her response was curt and dismissive: “Here don’t have water. If you want water, you can go to the restaurant to buy it,” she said, pointing to the restaurant without a smile. As me and my loved one came with a background in hospitality, we found this interaction unprofessional and lacking in basic courtesy. What made it worse was witnessing her behavior toward other guests shortly after. When a few Western guests arrived, her demeanor completely changed—she greeted them warmly, with smiles and respect. This stark contrast made me question whether there was a double standard in how Asian and Western guests are treated. Despite this incident, Pakasai Resort has much to offer, with its peaceful environment, eco-conscious practices, and the strong hospitality of most staff members. I would also like to kindly request that management recognizes Hakim and Ibrahim for their outstanding service, as their dedication truly made our stay memorable. Staff like them are an asset to the resort and should be rewarded for their exceptional efforts. To Pakasai Resort management, I hope you can address inconsistencies in service to ensure every guest feels valued, respected, and welcomed equally.

TTellaWe stayed in the villa P123 on the ground floor. It has a decent sea view from the patio but is very close to the nail salon that blocks the view from the window. there is a second unit above and the first night thw upstairs neighbors had kids that ran around the room a lot whuch was quite annoying, so maybe ask for an upstairs unit if you are sensitive to noise. Everyone was very friendly except one receptionist. I can't remember his name, maybe Sun. He didnt smile or greet us when we arrived, just harshly put a clipboard in front of me and asked me to fill in the paperwork. It was a very bad introduction to the hotel and I was worried that we picked the wrong hotel. Fortunately, everyone else is quite nice. Not truly professional and some of the wait staff were a bit negelegent or got impatient during peak hour dinner service, but that is more understandable than the recption being so cold. we unfortunately had the same receptionist on check out and he was just as cold so i can't blame it on a bad day. So the rest of the staff are nice and helps quickly when we asked about the airconditioner leaking and greeted politley whenever we passed, the other receptionists always look up and smile and said hello when we were in the area. The breakfast was good and varied each day. the bed was comfortable and there was a double bed and single bed which was convenient for our family. thw room was cleaned daily at about 3pm. we only recieved clean towels on the first 2 days and the next 3 days our towels were not changed, not sure why. the shower water was sometimes cold, we thought maybe because the power goes off whenever you leave yohr room (no alternative to this situation). then we thought maybe we share a geyser with the upstairs neighbors and they finished the water...couldnt figure it out the air con worked but needed to be cleaned twice to continue working or it would leak heavily. the location is ideal. only a small road separates you from the beach. the longtail boats to get to the othwr islands is nearby. the busy restaurant and bar street is close enough to shop at but not close enough to create noise and a diaturbance at night the hotels restaurant food is better than most of the other places, though Le Medusa restaurant next door was our favorite. the pool is beautiful, unfortunately closing early at 6pm. I would stay in this hotel again and don't regret booking it. None of the issues were big enough to concern us, I just wanted to write a useful review.

AAnonymous UserAs a guest at Andakiri Pool Villa, I was initially impressed with the spaciousness and comfort of the room. The size of the room was generous and provided ample space to relax and unwind. The surrounding natural scenery was also quite pleasant, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. One of the highlights of my stay was undoubtedly the private pool. It was well-maintained and offered a refreshing and enjoyable experience. I appreciated having this exclusive amenity to enjoy at my leisure. The staff members at Andakiri Pool Villa were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They were always available to assist with any inquiries or requests, which added to a positive overall experience. However, I did encounter a significant issue during my stay - an ant infestation in the room. Unfortunately, there were possibly hundreds of ants crawling on different surfaces, including the bed and various other areas where ants are certainly unwelcome. This was particularly disappointing, as it detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. It was clear that more attention needed to be paid to keeping the facilities clean and addressing this infestation promptly. While Andakiri Pool Villa has many positive aspects, such as the spacious room, pleasant natural surroundings, and helpful staff, it is essential that the issue of the ant infestation is urgently addressed. I would strongly recommend that the management takes immediate action to tackle this issue and ensure a clean and comfortable environment for future guests.

GGuest UserGreat Experience Overall Our stay at the hotel exceeded our expectations. The facilities were excellent, the staff very kind, and everything was very clean. During our stay, we stayed in two different rooms. The first room was a bit older, with the only issue being a strong odor coming from the bathroom drains. Aside from that, the room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. The second room we stayed in was much newer, with an excellent bathroom and very good, comfortable facilities overall. The only drawback in this room was the pillows, which were not very comfortable. The hotel's location is very good. Although it faces the less pleasant side of the beach (Railay East), overlooking a mangrove, it is directly in front of the floating pier, the main arrival point for the beach. It also has a back exit that leads almost directly to the small town center and is just a few minutes' walk to Railay West, the more beautiful side of the beach. Overall, the cost-benefit is definitely worth it.
