The cleanliness of both the hotel and the pool area was good, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests I had. The breakfast offered a great variety of options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing getaway. I will definitely be returning!

The hotel is very nice. Good breakfasts, nice rooms, interesting pool with nice area for rest, aqua fitness, happy hours at the pool bar, free bicycle for 2 hours every day, beach bag and sleeppers in the room. Some minor issues: no lift to the family suite rooms (building block #5), BBQ buffet dinner on Saturday is not very interesting and well packed, bicycles are old and in not very good condition.

Amazing service as usual. But the only down side is that water in the shower was quite cold due to the recent extreme weather. Other than that, the staff were extremely helpful and offered us free diner for compensation. And I told them in advance it would be my anniversary with my girl friend and they prepared special treats for us. They are amazing people. Would love to come back again p

Second time here at Intercontinental Phuket and I’m still in awe. The resort is spacious, clean and filled with amenities and deserves the luxurious status. During our stay this time, we had some issues with the room but received exceptional hospitality. The manager on duty was prompt in communication and personally attended to our queries and provided us with a very fair solution. Can’t praise the hospitality and service enough at Intercontinental. The breakfast buffett and in-room dining are exceptional too. Will visit again.

We stayed in the private villa and were SO impressed. The room was big and the pool was so nice. They welcomed us with cake on our honeymoon and even offered to let us check in earlier for free. The staff was exceptional at helping with any requests and we truly felt like everything was taken care of. Patong is not for us but would return solely for this room.

Here’s the revised, more casual English version: We had an amazing four days at The Shore at Katathani! The location is perfect—peaceful and private, yet only about a 15-minute drive to Kata Beach. A big thank you to the team for arranging such a beautiful pool villa for us. It was incredible to just lounge in the pool and watch the sunset every evening—it felt like a dream! The breakfast was another highlight. You can order freshly made Thai dishes like rice and noodles, which were super tasty, and having breakfast surrounded by the sea breeze and coconut trees was so relaxing. Even though the weather was cloudy half the time, the fantastic service totally made up for it. Every staff member was so friendly and always smiling. Special shoutout to Noah at the front desk—he was a lifesaver! Our flight schedule was a mess, but he somehow managed to arrange a late check-out for us even though the hotel was fully booked. There was also a small issue with turndown service one night, but Noah handled it quickly and professionally, which we really appreciated. We also want to thank Apple from the Harbor restaurant—her service was outstanding and left a lasting impression. And of course, a big thanks to all the bell boys, who were always so helpful and quick to respond to any request. This hotel made me fall in love with Phuket. It’s the perfect spot for couples, and I’ll definitely recommend it to my friends!

We booked a garden view room, under the assumption that it would be at the beach front hotel (just looking to the garden rather than the beach). But once we arrived, we were told that our room was actually on the other building, which is not beach front (in has a street in between). They should clearly state this in the booking details. Overall the amenities are very nice, but everything on the building that is on the beach front is better (even the breakfast). I think that it is misleading that they don’t clearly state that there are two different buildings, I think would have otherwise chosen another hotel.

New hotel, the room is OK, the service is OK, and I got a free upgrade to the front row sea view room with sofa. The hotel cooperates with lets relax spa, which is very cheap among all hotel spas. You can also ask the front desk for coupons. After the discount, a 2-hour Thai massage is only 999 baht, plus the tip is 1100 baht per person, which is very satisfactory. There is also a small massage shop next to it, which is also very comfortable. It is only 300 baht per hour. There are also a few massage shops next to the hotel. They are not expensive and taste OK. The hotel's breakfast is not very delicious, just enough to fill you up. The public area is nice but mini (the advantage is that you can walk to the beach in a few steps). It is enough to lie there for two days. There is nothing to do more than that.
